Noah Chapman serves as Victory Development’s Senior Vice President, Real Estate. Noah is responsible for site selection and market strategy, managing broker relationships, GIS systems and applications, and tracking systems. He excels in part due to his comprehensive experience but also his natural gift for analytics and organization.

Prior to joining the Victory Development team, Noah worked as a retail broker for UCR and CBRE where some of his clients included Macy’s, Target, Sprouts, Cabela’s, and Pacific Dental. Noah is a Texas licensed real estate salesperson and his membership affiliations include the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Texas Association of Realtors. He also serves on the advisory board for the Center for BrainHealth.

Noah enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah Jane, their son, Miles, and their sheepadoodle, Nelson.
