Nick Nevins joined Victory Development in 2023 to assist with ongoing expansion including site selection, strategy, and broker and investor relations in Texas, Florida, and other target markets.

Prior to joining Victory Development, Nick served as Director of Real Estate and Business Development at Sports Academy where he played a key role in driving investor, athlete, and broker relations. Before that, he was a Senior Associate at Brook Partners where he focused on underwriting and analyzing potential real estate investments. Nick earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University (SMU). He is a licensed Texas real estate salesperson and membership affiliations include the International Council of Shopping Centers and Texas Association of Realtors.

Nick is actively involved in the arts alongside philanthropic initiatives. He also enjoys golf and tennis, and maintains close ties to professional sports, music, and entertainment.
