Kristen Von Eper serves as Victory Development’s Controller. As a seasoned accounting professional with more than 15 years’ experience in the real estate industry, Kristen is responsible for all of Victory Development’s accounting needs. 

Prior to joining Victory Development, Kristen worked in all aspects of real estate construction including land development, commercial and residential construction, general contracting, and construction sub-contracting. Kristen holds a BA in Accounting from Texas State University. 

In her free time, Kristen enjoys spending time with her three daughters, traveling, attending live music events, and practicing yoga.
