With over 20 years in the commercial development industry supporting clients through pre-development, entitlements, permitting, and construction services, Melanie brings to Victory Development her exceptional skills of anticipating client needs and mitigating issues that arise during the development and construction process. She is committed to helping clients achieve their development goals.  

After studying Architecture and Construction Science at The University of Oklahoma, she started her career in the residential construction field. Quickly realizing the pace of commercial development was much more rewarding, she began her commitment to supporting notable brands including but not limited to Chipotle, Portillo’s Hot Dogs, Starbucks, and Raising Cane’s across the United States, Mexico and Canada. She believes hard work and a positive attitude have helped her achieve success.

Melanie resides in Allen with her family and in her free time enjoys watching her four kids play sports. She occasionally gets in a round of golf with her husband - preferably in Hawaii.
