Bobby Dan Roberts is a Founder, Chief Operating Officer, and Principal of Victory Development. Bobby Dan, building on his 35-year career in commercial real estate, provides team leadership and works to identify ground-up, value-add, and redevelopment opportunities for national credit tenants.

Prior to Victory Development, Bobby Dan served as Vice President of Malouf Interests for five years. During this time, as a Walgreens’ preferred developer, he had the opportunity to further develop critical skills constructing multiple locations in Texas. Earlier in his career, he served as the Director of Real Estate for SCM Property Company. While with SCM, he selected and developed sites for Starbucks, Chili’s, McDonald’s, and assembled properties for additional multi-tenant developments. Bobby Dan is a graduate of Texas Tech University. He is a Texas licensed real estate broker and his membership affiliations include the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Texas Association of Realtors.
